The Save the Lake Foundation is a group of European and African Professionals who are dedicated to put their passion for nature at service to the preservation of the environment in the Great African Lakes Region.

They unite the skills and distinct competencies of Geologists, Waste Managers, Medical Doctors, Biologists, Economists, Agronomists and Persons of Public Interest. Its scope and activities are strictly ethical, non-political and ideology-free.

The Group is united in its belief that only a professional and practical approach can turn the environmental menaces threatening the Region into actual benefit for the population affected.
